Mr. Whitenack stated, the "Press Conference of April 21, 2005 outside the Los Angles Superior Court, with Alana Stewart, TV personality and former wife of both famed rocker Rod Stewart and actor spokesperson George Hamilton, with the reading of a written statement of Victoria McMahon, (former wife of Tonight Show sidekick Ed McMahon), lending her voice and support, because she is also suffering from the severe and life long effects of Toxic mold.

Alana Stewart stated: “She was uniting to fight for those whose voices are never heard, such as Ms. Dee in her fight to recovery for her personal injuries and lifelong fear of cancer, and the need for a lifelong costs to cover all necessary tests and treatments for her permanent brain impairment.”  

Ms. Dee further stated, “She believes that she has proven fraud against PCS, an opulent landlord known to100's of thousands of residents in Los Angeles, and it is just a matter of proving her damages.”

Mr. Whitenack further stated, “Immediately following the Press Conference at 1:30PM, Ms. Alana Stewart and other media watched  Front Row Seated next to Ms. Alana Stewart, witnessing  the "Unfolding Story of Ms. Dee" and direct-examination of defendant PCS's (Landlord Company) Toxicologist, Dr. Fedoruk, M.D.

Mr. Whitenack stated after the Press Conference, “He wanted to give “Special Thanks” to Ed Lozzi for putting the conference together, and on such short notice.
